Yes. Polu asks whether the caller wants a one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service, and sets up recurring appointments on your calendar accordingly.
In Settings, you upload your pricing matrix (1BR, 2BR, 3BR, etc. × service type). Polu quotes starting prices based on the home size the caller gives, and texts you a final confirmation request before anything over your approval threshold.
Yes. In Settings, you configure which cleaners are available on which days. Polu books based on actual availability and assigns the job to the right person based on your routing rules (e.g., northside clients → Team A).
Both residential and commercial. For commercial inquiries, Polu takes the business name, square footage, cleaning frequency, and texts your office manager — commercial contracts usually need human negotiation.
Polu handles turnover scheduling. If the caller is a property owner, Polu takes the checkout/check-in times, number of properties, and books the turnovers around the booking calendar. Full iCal sync with Airbnb/Vrbo is on the roadmap.
