Program Overview

Polu provides AI-powered customer care via SMS and WhatsApp. When you text our number, you receive automated responses to help with your inquiries.

Message Types

You may receive the following types of messages:

  • Responses to your product or service inquiries
  • Order confirmations and status updates
  • Payment information and confirmations
  • Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
  • Customer support responses

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity. You will only receive messages in response to conversations you initiate. We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional messages.

Costs

Standard message and data rates may apply. Carrier fees are the responsibility of the user. Polu does not charge additional fees for the messaging service.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive automated messages.

STOP Response: "You've been unsubscribed. No more messages will be sent. Reply START to resubscribe."
